Personalized Plans (Ongoing Follow-Up)
A made-for-you program for scalp and hair health: we measure, adjust, and optimize your plan with evidence and realistic goals.
What it is and how it works
This is a structured follow-up program that combines a baseline evaluation (history + LXST002 when indicated), stage goals, and periodic check-ins. At each visit we compare dated photos and trichoscopy (sebum, flaking, density, miniaturization), review your at-home routine, and update your in-studio calendar (e.g., 5-in-1 LXST002, Cryo Dual Pro, ThermoInfra, anti-shedding). Using those metrics, we fine-tune techniques, cadence, and formulas to sustain results with the least possible friction.
Who is it for?
- Recent shedding or diffuse thinning that needs monitoring.
- Reactive scalp (oiliness, itch, flaking) with recurrent flare-ups.
- Post-chemical hair seeking lasting shine and control.
- People who want simple habits and measurable progress.
When NOT recommended
- Active infection, open wounds, or severe dermatitis flare
- Suspected scarring alopecia or unmanaged medical conditions
- Inability to meet minimum check-ins (we’ll align expectations)
Duration and session plan
- Check-in length: 20–40 min (based on measurements).
- Initial cadence: every 4–8 weeks.
- Maintenance: quarterly/seasonal, goal-dependent.
- Deliverables: visual report, metrics, and an updated plan.
Before and after our process
Expected Results
Improved scalp balance, gradual reduction of recent shedding, a better sense of fullness, more shine, and easier manageability. Progress is cumulative and depends on adherence, season, and habits. If red flags arise, we co-manage with dermatology/trichology.
FAQs about Personalized Plans (Ongoing Follow-Up)
Get answers on metrics, check-in frequency, compatibility with other treatments, and home routine. We start with a personalized evaluation to set goals and adjust parameters at every visit.
LXST002 trichoscopy, levels of sebum/flaking, signs of miniaturization, visual density, dated photos, and routine adherence—all summarized in a clear report.
As a guide, every 4–8 weeks. If there’s an oil/flaking flare or a time-sensitive goal, we may shorten early on and space out once stable.
Yes. The plan is supportive—it improves comfort and adherence. We coordinate application timing and flag potential topical interference. Always follow your prescriber.
We simplify: wash frequency, key actives (e.g., niacinamide, peptides, gentle exfoliants), thermal protection, and low-friction tips you can actually keep.
Comfort (less itch/oil) often improves early; shedding reduction and a fuller look usually appear over 6–12 weeks, tracked with comparable photos.
We focus on high-impact actions and set a minimum effective routine. Check-ins help re-focus without losing momentum.
No. It’s an aesthetic/technical program. If we see medical signs, we’ll refer and co-manage with your specialist.
