Body Therapies
Focused on well-being, contouring, and toning, these protocols combine non-invasive technologies and therapeutic massage, fully personalized after an initial assessment (and 3D evaluation when applicable).
What it is and how it works
Body Therapies integrate non-invasive modalities (e.g., therapeutic/detox massage, lymphatic drainage, radiofrequency, muscle stimulation) to improve contour, tone, comfort, and fluid balance. We begin with an assessment and intake to define goals (localized fullness, mild laxity, retention, tension). From there, we set target areas, intensity, and sequencing, plus simple at-home habits to sustain results.
Who is it for?
Great for those seeking mild contour refinement, firmer tone, reduced retention, or relief from muscle tension, while supporting healthy routines. It’s also suited for maintenance after weight changes and for reinforcing postural hygiene and a lasting sense of lightness.
When NOT recommended
Avoid during active skin infections, open wounds, acute inflammation, thrombosis, or uncontrolled circulatory issues. Use caution with pregnancy/breastfeeding (case-by-case), pacemakers or electronic implants (for energy-based devices), hernias in the area, uncontrolled hypertension, and severe varicose veins. We always perform a safety screening and obtain consent.
Duration and session plan
Sessions last 45–90 minutes depending on area and technique. A common plan starts with 6–10 sessions, 1–2 per week. After the initial cycle, we suggest maintenance (e.g., every 4–6 weeks) and supportive habits (hydration, movement, posture). Progress is adjusted using measurements and dated photos.
Before and after our process
Expected results and limitations
You may feel lighter and more toned early on; contour changes are gradual and depend on consistency, lifestyle, and individual response. These therapies do not replace surgery or treat medical conditions; their scope is aesthetic/functional of mild-to-moderate intensity. Results vary and require maintenance plus home care.
Frequently asked questions about Body Therapies
Get clarity on safety, sensations, session count, exercise compatibility, and pre/post-care. We start with a personalized assessment to tailor intensity, set goals, and establish realistic expectations for results and maintenance.
Treatments are generally comfortable. You may feel moderate pressure or warmth depending on the method. Mild, short-lived redness can occur. We tailor intensity and timing to keep you safe and comfortable.
As a starting point, 6–10 sessions are typical. A feeling of lightness can be early; contour and tone changes are progressive, often noticed between weeks 3–6, depending on goals, body type, and habits.
Yes—and it’s ideal. Pairing sessions with regular activity, hydration, and balanced nutrition enhances and maintains results. We’ll share simple, realistic tips that fit your routine.
We prioritize lymphatic/drainage work and therapeutic techniques, staying within your comfort level. We may add supportive technologies if they’re safe and indicated for your case.
Before: arrive well-hydrated, avoid heavy creams on the area and very large meals.
After:water, gentle movement, and avoid excess heat or very intense training for 12–24h if deep work was performed. Follow your take-home guidance.
We review your history first. With severe varicose veins or circulatory conditions, we modify or avoid certain techniques and focus on gentle, safe areas—or refer you when appropriate.
It depends. We avoid some technologies and focus on comfort-oriented manual work only if appropriate, always after professional evaluation and informed consent.
No. They’re non-invasive aesthetic/functional services within a well-being framework. If we notice red flags, we’ll refer you for medical evaluation.
