If there is no visible damage to your product in the image, our customer service team will request you to provide either a video or a picture of the hair tool with the cord cut. Please do NOT cut the cord unless advised by one of our agents.

DO NOT dispose of your damaged/defective hair tool until your warranty claim has been approved or denied.

Please file only one (1) claim per hair tool. Warranty purchases that are invalid or fraudulent will NOT be processed or refunded.

All warranty items are shipped WITHOUT a box. If your original product has been discontinued, we will replace your item with a newer model (if available) or a newer item.

Warranty orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or invalid address can be reshipped at the customer's expense, otherwise, the warranty order will be voided.

Soleil cannot guarantee the quality of products sold by unauthorized retailers, including unauthorized sellers on eBay, Mercari, Overstock.com, etc. and thus we are unable to offer warranty coverage for items purchased through said retailers. Please contact us prior to purchasing a Soleil product from a third-party website in order to verify the retailer as an authorized or unauthorized retailer. This communication is to serve as notice to our customers, partners, and trusted retailers that we are aware of the presence of counterfeit Soleil products or unauthorized retailers and are actively working to address this issue.
